Oprah.com listed for us the other day 3 mysteries science can’t solve. Everyone is aware, I think, that Oprah is deeply spiritual, even if only 19% of Americans polled believe she is Christian (a meaningless question to my thinking). Any claim made that Christianity is an essential ingredient of spirituality is absurd as all non-Christians know, and science itself can be deeply spiritual, as Carl Sagan observed (The Demon-Haunted World, 1996).
