Eternal Haunted Summer – A Pagan ezine

I want to introduce an effort I think well worth our support as Pagans – Eternal Haunted Summer: Pagan Songs and Tales. Our web-presence, as I’ve been showing through my Google-series of posts, is sadly lacking. SEO (Search Engline Optimization) is something we should all embrace and follow-through with, but content is more important. This is exactly the kind of content I was thinking of, and the possibilities are exciting:

Announcing the launch of Eternal Haunted Summer, an ezine dedicated to Pagan poetry, short fiction and reviews. So far as we know, Eternal Haunted Summer is the only ezine of its kind: one which gives voice to modern devotion to the many Gods and Goddesses of our ancestors. Poems and stories celebrating the Deities and heroes of the Celts, Norse, Germans, Romans, Etruscans, Greeks, Phoenicians, Canaanites, Sumerians, Egyptians and many, many others are all welcome.

Our Winter Solstice 2009 issue will feature pieces about Herne, Skadhi, Odin, Apollo, Hermes, Aphrodite, El, Sekhmet and many others.

We pay a flat rate of $5 for original pieces. The submission period for our Spring Equinox 2010 issue is 1 January through 1 March 2010. We look forward to hearing from you!
