		<description>I do believe he is being willfully ignorant. He is certainly blind to the fact that the cross is an exclusive, religious symbol. I&#039;m glad veterans groups have thrown their lot in with the ACLU, though I doubt it will help in getting Scalia to see things the way they really are.</description>
