I have always argued that diversity is our strength. All our gods exist, and there is no doctrine or dogma to divide us. Each having their own gods and customs in no way divides us like it would equivalent groups of Christians. As scholar Jan Assmann says, polytheism is a means of translation between cultures. I do not need a culture of "paganism" in order to thrive. I see that more as a luxury that would be nice, but not necessary to my faith and beliefs. <br /><br />Even if others were to found a culture, I'm not sure I'd want any part of it.
