I was so shocked and so excited when I woke up to the news of that this morning!

  2. Chell says:

What a pleasant surprise, straight from the Heartland!

  3. Hrafnkell Haraldsson says:

Pom, I did a double-take when I saw it. Unbelievable!

Chell, get busy up there in the gods’ own country! We can’t be beat by a ragged bunch of Iowans :)

Sorry to say, Indiana, being chock full of Evangelicals, is likely to lag far behind. They’re still trying to find ways here to give tax dollars to religious groups.

  4. Granamyr says:

YAY! Yet another win for those who are on the side of sense!

  5. Brainwise says:

I am amazed. Happy, but amazed.

Granamyr, this has nothing to do with your comment but when I signed in I was barely awake and looking at your avatar, it looked like a funny little alien face…if you look at it as a head, tipped to the right, the dragon’s snout becomes a big ear, his jaw a chin, and the one eye makes it look like the face is winking. Bizarre, I know :)

  7. Hrafnkell Haraldsson says:

Brainwise, I’m a little amazed too. Iowa of all places! So if things go well, we’ve got the goals of the Constitution fully supported on both coasts and in the heartland. I really hope this begins a domino effect.

  8. Granamyr says:

    Hee, hee. OK. Too funny!

  9. Pom says:

Again, totally off topic (sorry) but you’ve just received an award

  10. Hrafnkell Haraldsson says:

Congratulations, Pom! It’s difficult to imagine anything more important when you’re a parent than being a good one. The children always come first.

And thank you for nominating me. I’m touched. I don’t think I’ve been paid higher praise than to mark me as honorable.
