Changes
I have made a few changes to the site. Hopefully they’re effective without being too noticeable. One is Entrecard – http://entrecard.com – which is a means of advertising and drawing more traffic your way. The other is Sezwho “a universal profile service for the social web that improves community engagement and enables content discovery to be added to blogs, forums, message boards and other social sites. SezWho works with most social media platforms without taking over the content on the site.”
In other words, I can post and have my post seen on Facebook automatically. It seems to be working on a mechanical level; I’ve had no problems since I put it all up last night.
The ultimate goal, of course, is to draw more attention to Mos Maiorum. In that sense, A Heathen’s Day not only functions as a thing in and of itself but also as a beacon to something else.
My only concern is that at some point my one sidebar will become overburdened and I will be forced to change templates again. I rather like this one so I’d as soon not, but I can see where it might become necessary. Since you can’t take the widgets with you, that’s a bit of a pain so I’ll try to hang on here as long as possible.

Hrafnkell Haraldsson is the author of A Heathen’s Day, which since 2005 has addressed the life and thoughts of a modern day Heathen. He is also the founder of the Mos Maiorum Foundation (www.mosmaiorum.org) which is dedicated to the study and support of Paganism as ethnic religion and writes for PoliticusUSA (www.politicususa.com)
